Booking Policy
A deposit of 50% of the hunting and lodging fee is required to reserve your trip and stay. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your hunt.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance will allow for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before the start date will result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-show trips or day-of cancellations are non-refundable, regardless
- Trips will proceed regardless of weather conditions; however, we reserve the right to cancel any trip in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to a future date that is mutually acceptable.
