To secure your spot at our hunting lodge, a deposit of 50% of the hunting and lodging fee is required, adhering to our deposit requirements. The remaining balance must be settled 7 days prior to your hunt. Our cancellation policy states that cancellations made 15 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. However, cancellations made 14 days or less before the start date will result in the loss of the deposit. Please note that no-show trips or day-of cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Trips will continue as planned, regardless of weather conditions; nevertheless, we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event we cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to a future date that is mutually acceptable.
